The Nigerian Journal of Administration and Innovative Research (NJ-AIR) is a peer-reviewed journal published bi-annually by the Department of Public Administration, Rev. Fr. Moses Orshio Adasu University, Makurdi. It promotes cutting-edge academic research in administration and innovation across Nigeria, Africa, and globally.

Guidelines for Contributors

1. Articles must be written in clear English and be the result of original, well-researched work on current administrative or innovation issues.
2. Each submission must begin with a title page showing the article title (max. 20 words), author name(s), institutional affiliation, contact address, email, and phone number.
3. An abstract of no more than 250 words must be included, summarizing background, problem, method, results, and conclusion. Add 5 keywords.
4. The full paper (including references) should not exceed 15 pages, typed in Times New Roman, size 12, single spacing.
5. All citations and references must follow APA 7^th Edition Referencing Style.
