About NJAIR

The Nigerian Journal of Administration and Innovative Research (NJ-AIR) is a peer-reviewed academic journal published bi-annually by the Department of Public Administration, Rev. Fr. Moses Orshio Adasu University, Makurdi.

It is devoted to the dissemination of up-to-date theoretical and analytical research findings in public administration, innovation, governance, policy studies, and related disciplines.

NJAIR is multidisciplinary in scope and invites contributions from scholars across Nigeria, Africa, and the globe. It provides a platform for critical discourse and offers fresh perspectives on pressing administrative and developmental challenges through sound theoretical expositions.
